Completion of the project EEA 2019/107379 „Hybrid system for energetic efficiency using geothermal energy applied in UPG Ploiesti campus”
Petroleum-Gas University of Ploiesti (UPG) is beneficiary of the project EEA 2019/107379 “Hybrid system for energetic efficiency using geothermal energy applied in UPG Ploiesti campus”, financed by the EEA and Norway Grants by Norwegian Financial Mechanisms 2014-2021 – “Energy Program in Romania”, Call 2 – Increased capacity for the supply of renewable energy – Geothermal energy. The co-financing of the project was provided by the Prahova County Council as a project partner.
Total value of the project no. 2019/107379 was 1 594 670 EUR, contribution of EEA and Norway Grants being 1 355 000 EUR (85 %) and contribution of Prahova County Council being 238 000 EUR (15 %).
